Diamond Offshore is committed to serving our customers in the offshore drilling market in compliance with the laws and regulations that govern our business and in accordance with the highest ethical standards. In doing so, we must maintain the highest level of integrity regarding health and safety practices, environmental protection and compliance with applicable law. From our office staff to our rig personnel, all employees need to be able to recognize any situation which threatens our integrity or our reputation and to report the information necessary to remedy the situation. All employees are urged to promptly report illegal or unethical behavior, including financial misconduct and other violations of Diamond Offshore's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code"). Such violations or behavior may pertain to:
- Health, safety and environmental issues, such as unsafe work practices or hazardous waste disposal
- Ethics and compliance issues, such as financial reporting, insider trading or antitrust laws
- Employee relations and human resources, such as harassment, discrimination, scheduling/time abuse, disciplinary action, threats and violence
- Loss prevention and asset protection, such as theft, workers' compensation fraud or misappropriation of company assets
- Financial or accounting issues, such as internal controls or auditing activities
When it comes to any of these issues, silence doesn't help. It hurts. Select from the options on this page to submit a report, follow up on a report that has already been submitted, or read the Code. If you wish, your concerns or complaints will be kept confidential and your identity will be kept anonymous, though we may be required by law to reveal this information in some circumstances. We will not allow retaliation against you if you report misconduct by others in good faith.
Any reports you make or amend will be handled by Diamond Offshore's independent partner, Convercent. Convercent operates the Reporting Hotline on behalf of Diamond Offshore in the interests of transparency and impartiality. Convercent adheres to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield program - you can find its certification on the Privacy Shield List.
